Score the answer, not the fluency of the suggestion
Create four columns: relevance, personal evidence, technical accuracy, and clarity. Give each a score from zero to two. Zero means missing or incorrect, one means partly supported, and two means clear enough that a follow-up can test it. Keep the total as your practice rubric, not a hiring prediction or vendor score.
For example, 'We improved performance' offers little evidence. 'I identified repeated queries in the order endpoint, changed the access pattern, and compared the same workload before and after' is more testable. Add real numbers only when you actually measured them. A polished AI-generated metric is worse than an honest explanation of what you did not measure.
Repeat without assistance and decide what to practise next
After reviewing the transcript, close all suggested answers and explain the same project for ninety seconds. Then answer a changed constraint: double the traffic, remove a dependency, or shorten the deadline. If the answer collapses when one assumption changes, study that concept before buying more practice time.
