How Cluegent researches, tests, and updates content

Our goal is useful product guidance with clear sources, careful limitations, and no invented benchmarks.

Product claims

Cluegent feature claims are checked against the current desktop application, public download flow, and support documentation. We distinguish intended behavior from guarantees, especially for privacy, screen sharing, latency, and platform compatibility.

Competitor comparisons

We prefer official competitor home, pricing, FAQ, terms, and download pages. Comparisons state the date checked and link to the supporting source when a price or changing feature matters. We do not treat a competitor’s marketing claim as independent proof.

Testing method

Workflow tests use repeatable prompts and the same meeting platform, operating system, network conditions, resume context, and sharing mode where possible. For latency, we recommend multiple trials and report time to first useful text rather than inventing a universal speed number.

AI assistance and human review

AI may help organize drafts, surface missing questions, or improve readability. A member of the Cluegent team reviews factual claims, links, product limitations, and responsible-use language before publication.

Corrections and updates

Prices, features, and platform behavior change. Send corrections to admincluegent@gmail.com. We review credible corrections and update the visible modified date when the substance changes.
